Miracles and Meaning

“Your soul knows the geography of your destiny. Your soul alone has the map of your future, therefore you can trust this indirect, oblique side of yourself. If you do, it will take you where you need to go, but more important it will teach you a kindness of rhythm in your journey.”~John O'Donohue

Fall is typically the time that I feel restless, willing to undergo metamorphosis and transformation. And it is also, the time when I am tempted to leap into something head first. This has not always had the desired results and sometimes, it has worked brilliantly. Thus, I am not certain the best way to embrace change but I know that it is necessary.

So, I suppose the thing to do is trust. Trust that you can never really lose your way, your destiny or your grace. Trust in all your heart that your life is no accident but full of miracles and meanings.

What are you learning to trust lately?

That is so interesting! For me Fall is when I'm dancing the streets like a Princess in a happy song montage! Winter is my restless season, once New Year's passes I feel like I'm locked in a prison of hibernation bc its too freaking cold to go anywhere or do anything LOL...I'm dealing haha!

  4. yes! as much as i adore fall, it makes me crazy. vata deranged, even more driven than before, but terribly scattered. i've found that breathwork helps immensely. building more of a practice every day. ;)

  5. Wow, I love that opening quote. I also tend to feel this way in the fall.

"Trust in all your heart that your life is no accident but full of miracles and meanings." And once again you validate why I love to come back here time and again. Those words touch on things I have been feeling, but couldn't adequately express. Thank you :)

  6. I think you'll appreciate what I'm having to learn to trust lately. I'm having to trust my back and body that they will support me as I try to become familiar with camel posture. :)
