this i autumn:
i've started knitting a pair socks//spent time with good friends//went apple-picking//potted geraniums//fell in love with brussel sprouts and apples//started drinking coffee again{autumn vice}// bought two cardigans{non black}//wore tights with a skirt//wore boots twice//had an apple pie fail//become an orange juice addict//done lots of restorative yoga//had flavored sugar//rediscovered bagels//made a promise to post on this blog more//said congrats to my little bro//whined a little too much//resolved to reach for up and out//had a few photo adventures//knitted a ridiculous amount of these//walked miles and miles through fallen leaves and on cobbled stones with the one i love...
dear friends, what have you been up to lately?
Where are you going to yoga these days? I think I need more of that on my agenda...
ReplyDeleteOh, your autum sounds absolutely perfect, Keishua. You put it all into words so well :) Love that you are taking advantage of the season and the bounty of mother earth. XOXO
ReplyDeleteFall has been treating me well, too. Pumpkin picking, cider drinking, tights wearing, recipe exploring, Thanksgiving anticipating :)
i am hoping to have a cup of cider tonight. can't wait to hear what you are cooking these days!
ReplyDelete@brandibernoskie:disqus mainly i use yoglo.com or i sequence my own. it's just easier. there is a great studio in my neighborhood though and i would love to get out and explore some more places in dc and NOVo. if you want to go studio hopping one day , let me know.
ReplyDeleteOooh. I love Brussels' Sprouts. Perfect autumn vegetable. Though I'm a big sucker for pumpkin-carrot soup as well..

Ooo ... I love your Autumn so far! Failed apple pie? Impossible! (we call ours "Apple Crap" as it looks like such, but tastes heavenly!) It has been a dark, gloomy Autumn week here, perfect lead up to Halloween. I spent my evening appliqué-ing a dragon onto my daughter's costume (Ninja of the dragon clan!) and today I will do some baking and much needed resting/lazing/homey stuff. Maybe a little painting? It has been too long. Oh yes, get the knitting out!
ReplyDeleteLovely images ... I hope to see more of your world! xo
it is....good for the body and soul.
ReplyDeletethank you for your kind comment. your week sounds lovely, too. a dragon costume!! that sounds fun. i could use a lot of lazing and knitting this weekend, too.
