A few months ago, I worked with a health coach {via work} to build in more relaxation and play in my daily routine.
I had two simple goals for that month: to do yoga once a week {for 60 to 90 minutes} and to read for 15 minutes a day. So much fun and such a breeze to make time for. The coaching ended and I moved on.
I thought that after a month or so practice that I would be able to keep up these simple practices. Turns out it has not been as easy as pie.
So, I am setting intentions this April. Well, three to be exact.
1. Exercise daily. Either practice yoga and or/walk each day.
2. Finish 1 knitting project. I have so many projects going that I need closure on at least one this month.
3. Plant something. We have sown a few seeds in a regenerator but we have tons to put in the dirt.
